Overview of our high-tech machinery

Indirect printing process for large print runs

Offset printing

Offset printing is primarily used for large print runs. It is an indirect printing method that features a cylinder with a rubber blanket between the exposed printing plate and the paper. The print ink is first transferred from the plate to the cylinder and from there onto the paper. This ensures consistent quality of long print runs.

Perfect for small and medium print runs

Digital printing

Digital printing is a direct printing method in which the print image is transferred from a file directly to the printing machine without the use of printing plates. This allows easy, flexible, quick and inexpensive production of small print runs. Our digital printing was certified according to ProcessStandard Digital (PSD) in 2019.

Quick and efficient

High-speed inkjet printing (HSI)

The web-fed inkjet printing process is a variant of digital printing during which minute drops of ink are sprayed from a nozzle onto the paper at a high speed. Since there are no printing plates, no setup time is required, which ensures quick job change and efficient production. Thanks to our partnership with HP and the superb HP Brilliant inks, we can achieve print results with vivid colours and intense brilliance that meet the highest quality standards.

For large formats

Large-format printing (LFP)

Large-format printing stands for printing on large-format materials such as film, fabric or PVC. We use special-purpose printing methods that make it possible to apply print to much larger products as compared to conventional printing processes. In our LFP section, there are lots of innovative technologies such as inkjet printers, UV printers and sublimation printers that produce large-format, eye-catching promo items such as banners, flags or signs with extraordinary precision and brilliance.

One- and multi-page

Postpress

Our print experts process our customers projects on some 70 machines, such as cutters, folding machines, drilling and creasing machines, pad binding devices, envelope production units, saddle stitching machines and tower liners. We want to make our staffs work as easy as possible and therefore introduce technological innovations such as CoBo-Stack that does the monotonic and burdensome stacking tasks. A modern extraction system transports paper residues to the container outside the hall and also removes them from the air.

We use state-of-the-art shipping lines to pack our customers parcels with great accuracy and efficiency to subsequently ship them to our customers all over Europe. Be it business cards, flyers, posters or personalised marketing products our print experts pack your orders with a lot of attention to detail and use cutting-edge logistics to ensure smooth delivery.

ProcessStandard Digital (PSD) is the certification by the renowned Fogra research institute that ensures high quality in digital printing. Offset printing has also obtained the golden standard of the printing industry and features the ProcessStandard Offset (PSO) certification, which is awarded by Ugra, the accredited Swiss Center of Competence. Our postpress operations have also been respectively certified. This is how we ensure high-quality implementation of your print projects from data acquisition all the way through to the final product.
