How can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your print project? This is how it works:

1. Simply log in to your customer account and open the order summary.
2. Select the order in question and click on “More actions and order details”.
3. Then you can revoke your order via “Cancel order”.

If you don’t yet have a customer account at Onlineprinters, please use our cancellation form.

Please note: Once you have uploaded your artwork and your payment has been confirmed or entered (depending on the method of payment), we will start with the production – from this moment you can no longer cancel your order.
