Properties of flag fabric
Flag fabric is the ideal material for advertising on flags. Whether at exhibitions or sports events, in front of stores, in pedestrian areas or on company premises: flag fabric is ideal for many indoor and outdoor applications thanks to its durability and high quality.
Flags are exposed to all kinds of weather. Therefore, they have to be especially rugged and durable. We thus print our flag fabric using sublimation printing technology. The printing inks are transferred to the fabric using heat to achieve high resistance against environmental impact and UV radiation. The colours are vibrant and the image is reproduced in sharp contrast. The additional thermosetting step makes the fabric wipeable, ironable and dimensionally stable, so there will be no shrink after washing. Additionally, flag fabric is fully hemmed with a double seam. This protects the flags against tearing or fraying.
Properties of flag fabric
110 gsm flag fabric is a lightweight but durable material. Polyester fabric has a subtle structure and is slightly transparent. When rubbing against the grain of the fabric, you can feel the structure. Following the grain, the structure is less apparent and the material has a smoother feel.
The fabric has a subtle sheen of quality; the design is visible at all times.
