- Special requirements for creating the artwork:
- The buttons can only be attached horizontally. We will always turn your artwork according to the text direction to make sure your design is not upside down.
- font size: at least 8 pt.
- Safety margin: 2 mm; Maintaining space between the text/information and the edge of the trimmed format prevents undesirable cuts.
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Fonts must be completely imbedded or converted to curves
- colour mode: CMYK, FOGRA51 (PSO coated v3) for coated paper, FOGRA52 (PSO uncoated v3 FOGRA52) for uncoated paper
- We will not check for spelling and/or typographical errors
- We will not check for overprint settings
- Comments will be deleted and not printed
- Form field content will be printed
Product details
- Four-colour print on the front, reverse blank (4/0)
- Sheet metal badges to fasten by means of a pin on the back
- The front has a glossy or matt film lamination
- Make sure to add 5 mm bleed on all sides of your artwork in addition to the final dimensions.
- For round designs, we recommend buttons from 37 mm as such designs may appear off-center on 25 mm buttons due to the production process.
- Only one motif can be uploaded for each print order.
