We do not deliver to: Aland Islands, Mount Athos, the Azores, Madeira.
Alternative delivery adress
A neutral shipment to an alternative delivery address directly to your end customer is possible. During the ordering process you can choose an individual return address which will be printed on the delivery note and on the shipping label. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.
Production and delivery times
You can select a possible delivery date on the product page. Production times, shipping methods and public holidays have already been considered here. The production will start as soon as we have all relevant data – from payment to the final artwork. The date until which we require your artwork is specified in the delivery date section. If you have chosen the advance payment, make sure to observe this for your urgent orders, because the production starts only after the receipt of payment.
If files have to be transmitted to us again before printing due to discrepancies or errors such as missing bleed, this may lead to delays. If you have created the design of your selected product online, it will be automatically forwarded to us for ordering.

General information
- Working days are from Monday through Friday, not Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
- Each order item is prepared for shipping individually immediately after completion and is sent to the specified shipping address. An order will not be shipped collectively.
- Shipping to parcel lockers and parcel shops is not possible.
- When shipping to destinations with limited accessibility or to islands, shipping may take up to 4 working days longer.
- Very heavy or bulky consignments (on pallets) may also take up to 4 working days longer.
